Mersin’in Erdemli ilçesinde 93 yaşında vefat eden Kore Gazisi Veli Kulak son yolculuğuna uğurlandı.

Kore savaşında katılan 93 yaşındaki Veli Kulak, Mersin’de tedavi gördüğü hastanede hayatını kaybetti. Kore Gazisi Kulak’ın için Erdemli ilçesine bağlı Gürcüş Sarılar Mahallesi mezarlığında cenaze töreni yapıldı. Törene Kaymakam Aydın Tetikoğlu, İlçe Jandarma Komutan Vekili Üsteğmen Mustafa Akgül, jandarma personeli, mahalle sakinleri, yakınları ve ailesi katıldı. Cenaze namazının kılınmasının ardından Kulak’ın naaşı mahalle mezarlığında dualarla toprağa verildi.

3 çocuk babası olan Kulak’ın, Türkiye’den Kore ye giden ilk birlikte yer aldığı öğrenildi.
