Edinilen bilgiye göre, Kumluca'dan Antalya istikametine gitmekte olan Mehmet Karlar (28) idaresindeki 35 ABP 423 plakalı hafif ticari araç, Belen Mahallesi Araç Muayene İstasyonu yakınlarına geldiğinde aniden alev aldı. Sürücü ve yanındaki iki yolcu kendilerini dışarı atarken, yoldan geçen diğer sürücüler durumu 112 Acil Çağrı Merkezi'ne bildirdi. İhbar üzerine olay yerine jandarma, itfaiye ve sağlık ekipleri sevk edildi. Belirtilen adrese gelen itfaiye ekipleri yanan aracı söndürdü. Araç kullanılamaz hale gelirken, jandarma yangınla ilgili inceleme başlattı.
