İstanbul Konut Fiyatları Yüzde 68 Arttı

Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası tarafından açıklanan ocak 2024 Konut Fiyat Endeksi verilerine göre İstanbul'da konut fiyatları yüzde 68 arttı.

İstanbul Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası tarafından Ocak 2024 dönemine ilişkin Konut Fiyat Endeksi verileri açıklandı.

Türkiye'deki konutların kalite etkisinden arındırılmış fiyat değişimlerini izlemek amacıyla hesaplanan KFE (2017=100), ocakta bir önceki aya göre yüzde 2,3 artarak 1190 seviyesinde gerçekleşti. KFE, ocakta yıllık bazda yüzde 68 artarken, bu dönemde reel yükseliş yüzde 1,4 oldu. Üç büyük il için KFE değişimine bakıldığında ocakta bir önceki aya göre İstanbul, Ankara ve İzmir'de sırasıyla yüzde 1,3, 2,4 ve 2,8 artış görüldü. Endeks değerleri geçen yılın aynı ayına göre ise İstanbul'da yüzde 54,5, Ankara'da yüzde 85,6, İzmir'de yüzde 70,4 yükseldi.
