Pamukkale Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nde bulunan sergi salonuna ‘100. Yıl Sergi Salonu’ adı verildi. PAÜ Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Resim-İş Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı binasında faaliyet gösteren sergi salonun ismi Fakülte Kurulu Kararı ve Rektörlüğün onayıyla ‘100. Yıl Sergi Salonu’ olarak belirlendi. Eğitim Fakültesi Dekanı Prof. Dr. İzzet Kara, Cumhuriyetimizin 100. Yılı anısına böyle bir karar aldıklarını belirterek, 2023’ün son günlerinde böyle bir girişimde bulunduklarını dile getirdi.

Dekan Prof. Dr. İzzet Kara, dekan yardımcıları, öğretim elemanları ve öğrencilerin katılımıyla kurdele kesimi yapıldı. Daha sonra Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Resim-İş Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı öğrencileri ile yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin yaptığı eserler gezildi.
