Siirt’te rezerv yapı alanı olarak belirlenen 86 bin 778,39 metrekarelik alanda kentsel dönüşüm çalışmaları devam ediyor.

Karakol Mahallesi 1. etapta uzlaşma oranı yüzde 99,99’a ulaştı. 77 iş yeri, 116 konut ve 5 depo bulunan alanda, 55 iş yeri, 37 konut ve 3 depo için uzlaşma sağlandı. Yıkım çalışmalarına 16 Eylül 2024 tarihinde başlanmış ve 1. etaptaki tüm yıkımlar tamamlandıktan sonra alan, Kentsel Dönüşüm Başkanlığına teslim edilecek.
