Erzurum Valisi Mustafa Çiftçi, Aşkale İlçesi Ortabahçe Mahallesi’nde vefat eden Dağlıca Gazisi Lütfü Tanbağa’nın ailesine taziye ziyaretinde bulundu. Erzurum Şehir Hastanesi’nde 20 günd koroner yoğun bakımda yatan Gazi Lütfü Tanbağa önceki gün hayatını kaybetmişti. Gazi Lütfü Tanbağa, Dağlıca Karakolunda el bombasının patlaması sonucu sol gözünü yitirmişti.
